These terms govern your use of the Eleventrance platform at eleventrance.co.uk (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Eleventrance is an interactive online learning platform designed to help children prepare for the 11+ grammar school entrance examination. The Service provides educational content, interactive modules, quizzes, and progress tracking tools.
Eleventrance is a supplementary learning resource. It is not a substitute for school education, professional tutoring, or any form of guaranteed exam preparation. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in any particular exam outcome.
Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over (the "Account Holder"). The Account Holder is responsible for all activity on the account, including any use by their child (the "Learner").
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@eleventrance.co.uk.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing, but any changes will not affect your current subscription period.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused periods of monthly subscriptions.
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront. If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of purchase and have not substantially used the Service, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, no refund is available, but you will retain access until the end of your annual period.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If you begin using the Service within this period and then wish to cancel, a proportionate deduction may be made for the service already provided.

All content on the Eleventrance platform — including text, graphics, interactive modules, character designs (Finn and Flora), the eleventrance name and brand, quizzes, and code — is owned by Eleventrance Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any personal data you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. If we make changes that significantly reduce the functionality you are paying for, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a proportionate refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Service integrates with third-party providers (including Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, and others listed in our Privacy Policy). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@eleventrance.co.uk or through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice before termination.
On termination, your access to the Service will end. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify Account Holders by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
